Site conduct promise

  • All installation teams must be dressed in appropriate clothing that will not adversely affect the reputation of the Marshalls brand.
  • The installation team will ensure that site operations are undertaken with the highest regard for health and safety and will make certain that the customer is fully aware of site safety requirements.
  • When cutting paving products with power cutters, operatives should be conscious of the location and cutting should be undertaken well away from a building or recently installed paving to minimise any contamination from this process.
  • Whilst the installation works are in progress, any member of the installation team wishing to smoke within the vicinity of the property should seek the permission of the customer.
  • The installation team should seek the permission of the customer should they wish to use a radio at the site.
  • Under no circumstances should the installation team use the external areas of the customer's property for toileting purposes.
  • The use of foul language is strictly prohibited.
  • Within reason, all vehicles will be smart and clean in appearance.
  • The installation team will provide safe access through the site for the customer at all times.
  • At the conclusion of work each day the installation team will ensure the site is left safe and tidy.
  • The member must ensure his installation team's compliance with all statutory regulations (including local by-laws, regulations and legislation) affecting site operations such as disposal of waste, material storage, and where appropriate undertake risk assessments.
